Sales Executive will responsible for generating direct and channel Solar PV sales for Ganco Energy.
- The candidate is also expected to develop channel partner network in their territory.
- Travel: Moderate Reporting to Head Sales
- Roles and responsibilities: Responsible for sales of On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Solar PV systems for Petrol Pumps (IOCL)

1. Solar Specialist – Outbound B2B Process (Business to Business)
2. Solar Specialist – Outbound B2C Process (Business to Consumer)
Job Description
Solar Specialist – (B2B & B2C)
- Making calls to potential customers to book appointments.
- Determines eligibility by getting and comparing customers information to requirements.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts & tools appropriately.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Favorable Attributes:
- Prior experience in similar role is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and Data entry skills
- Exceptional customer service and active listening
- Proficiency with outbound calling and multi-tasking.
- Undergraduate/Graduate can apply
- Business to business appointment setting for variety of branded products and services
- Understanding of the Solar and utility industry
- Ability to work from 8 AM to 6 PM
Education Qualifications:
- MBA – Preffered (Fulltime Only)
- B.Tech/ Diploma – EEE/ EE / ECE (Fulltime Only)
